A 19-year-old woman was sentenced to prison Tuesday for her role in the shooting death of a Cedar City man. Clarissa Bulletts pleaded guilty in October to second-degree felony counts of manslaughter and obstructing justice, admitting in court documents that she “recklessly caused” the death of her stepfather, 44-year-old Shawn Multine.
